This is the sketch the pool builder provided --- Can you visualize it?
But - this plan is for a relatively flat lot. When 3D renderings were applied to the actual topography it became apparent fencing and/or terraces would be needed for fall protection.
The 3D renderings also revealed a mistake on the plans It became apparent when 3D furniture was placed in the rendering, that the deck - using the dimensions on the pool builder's sketch - did not allow enough room for the lounge chairs. Design problems are commonly found when plans are converted to 3D virtual reality. It is far easier - and much less expensive - to make corrections in the planning stage rather than once construction has started!
